At the age of 14, Bill entered the property services industry. With a lawnmower financed by his grandfather, he started out maintaining the village cemetery in Winneconne, WI. In addition to residential lawn care and snow removal, his experience includes hay baling operations on more than 1,000 acres and complete grounds maintenance for a municipal airport.
Bill returned to Connecticut from the Philippines, where he was a professor of business at Silliman University. To pursue and share his passion for the outdoors and grounds keeping, he has diversified his business to include his two children, Jon and Kate.
